This is a story about my journey as a baker. It is a story about passion; about learning, about sleepless nights, joy, sadness, mistakes, success, failure all in chase of something that makes me truly happy, seeing that perfectly baked loaf of bread. I want to share this happiness with you and hope that every bite of my bread makes you want to take another and another and another.

What is SOURDOUGH?
Sourdough is fermented bread made with a wild yeast culture (the starter) that is created from scratch using the simplest natural ingredients.
This popular variety is the favorite among many due to its tangy flavor and crisp crust. The flavor really kick-in right from the first bite, thanks to the slow fermenting process.
All our breads are made with our in-house starter.
