Thank you for shopping at breadtimestories.in.

Since we are a "Bake to Order" bakery, we ensure that every order is baked specifically for you. This enables us to deliver the freshest breads. This also puts us at risk of raw material wastage and loss due to order cancellations. That being said, our goal is to provide a seamless and pleasant experience shopping from Breadtime Stories, we do accommodate order modifications and cancellations with Full refund within a certain time window.

Order cancellations are accepted until 6 hours after placing your orders. Full Refund will be provided for orders cancelled within the 6 hour window. 

Beyond that, refunds will not be possible as we will have already started processing your order.
