At Crafted Tales, we do not accept refunds or returns once an order has been placed and processed. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Exceptions

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos). We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement if applicable.

Cancellation Policy
