Shipping timelines may vary based on the delivery location and courier partner. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days.

Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer via WhatsApp or SMS.

CrownLeaf Tea is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
