4. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns **only** in cases where the product is **delivered with recorded physical damage**. To be eligible:
* You must share **unboxing video proof** clearly showing the damage.
* The issue must be reported to us within **24 hours** of receiving the product.
* If verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of color/design are not accepted
