If an order is accepted but subsequently cannot be fulfilled, we will inform the customer and process an applicable refund to the original payment method.

5. Prices and Taxes

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable GST and other applicable taxes are charged as required by law.

Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

6. Orders and Payments

ENVORO currently accepts prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

An order is considered successfully placed only after the payment has been successfully received and the order confirmation has been generated.

We use authorised third-party payment service providers to process online payments.

ENVORO does not have access to or store sensitive payment credentials such as your UPI PIN, card PIN or CVV.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery period communicated at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

ENVORO will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our separate Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customers are required to comply with the conditions and time limits specified in that policy.

For returns or refunds, clear photographs and/or videos of the product are mandatory for processing the request.
