The "Point of No Return"

We pour our heart and soul into your order from the moment you click "buy." Please be advised that once your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. From that moment on, your handmade treasure is officially on its journey to its forever home—yours! We are a small, artisanal studio, not a fast-fashion warehouse; we simply cannot accommodate returns once the logistics are in motion.

Bespoke is Bold (and Permanent)

Our Custom Stitched items—those suits, kurtis, and crochet pieces tailored specifically to your measurements—are strictly non-cancelable. When we cut fabric or start a pattern for your unique frame, that piece becomes a part of your story. It cannot be unmade, and therefore, it cannot be returned.
