Welcome to the inner circle of Faiza's Stitches. By browsing our boutique and hitting that "Order" button, you are agreeing to the following terms. We keep it simple, honest, and filled with soul—just like our work.
1. The Artisan’s Promise & Variation
Every item at Faiza’s Stitches is a "one-of-one." Because we use traditional hand-stitching and crochet techniques, no two pieces are identical. Small variations in yarn texture, stitch tension, or fabric shade are not "defects"—they are the fingerprints of the artisan. By purchasing, you embrace the beauty of handmade imperfection.
2. The Binding Stitch (Orders & Customization)
Once your payment is processed, our needles start moving. Custom-stitched items, suits, and bespoke crochet designs are final the moment the work begins. We do not allow cancellations or changes once the fabric is cut or the yarn is cast on. Please double-check your measurements; we stitch exactly what you request!
3. Pricing & The "Final Word"
We reserve the right to update our prices as yarn and fabric costs fluctuate. However, the price you see at checkout is your locked-in rate. We are a small business, and we reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if we feel the "magic" isn't a good fit.
4. Shipping & Ownership
As stated in our Refund Policy, our responsibility for the physical item ends the second it is handed over to our courier partner. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, but we will always provide you with tracking so you can follow your parcel’s journey home.
5. Intellectual Property
Every photo on this site and every pattern we create belongs to Faiza's Stitches. Please don't steal our "soul"—using our images or designs for your own commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
