With crafty brews and clever foods for every mood, Bangalore’s Fox In The Field has it all. We derive our name from the British pub culture, where pubs often have the word ‘fox’ in their names.
Partnering with the English Craft Brew Company (ECB), Fox In The Field brings you ‘foxy’ craft beers fashioned after the greatest watering holes in Britain and Europe.
Fox In The Field is proud to work in partnership with Derek Orford, who has cemented his position as a world class, technical and hands-on brewer, bringing his passion for beer to India after having worked for world-renowned brewing companies like Heinken, Whitbread, and Lion, and supporting multiple startup breweries along the way.

Curated by our chef Vikram Singh, our menu boasts a barrage of offbeat dishes like Naan Pops, The Fox’s Caesar, Mrs. Fox’s Ghee Roast, Lemon Jasmine Sorbet, among others to get your taste buds yearning for more.
We’re located at Forum Shantiniketan Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore. The second half of our name field comes from Whitefield.
So there you have it - Fox In The Field, an exquisite micro brewery inspired by the greatest traditions of British pub culture, with our own Indian twist.
Since our inception on November 9th, 2019, we have gone on to make waves in Bangalore’s microbrewery scene, drawing attention from Times of India, The New Indian Express, and Economic Times.
Founded by Abhay Kewadkar and his group of long-time friends (who became investors), Fox In The Field was born out of a burning desire to tap into the F&B industry.
With a wealth of experience in the beverage industry as India’s first winemaker and former executive director of the wine division at United Spirits Ltd., Mr. Kewadkar decided to act on his desire for diversification and get into the craft beer business, culminating in Fox In The Field.
Each of the four floors at Fox In The Field sets a different vibe.
Enter the fox, the first level, is a cozy place for you to grab a drink and shoot the breeze with your friends.
Fox in his den, the second level, is an ambient, sophisticated space that features a live kitchen and a cocktail bar.
Fox on stage, the third level, is a large space conducive to high energy events like music, comedy shows, etc.
Fox and the moon, the fourth level, showcases an open kitchen, Tiki-bar, lunch buffet, community cocktails, and sit-around teppan stations.
With flavorful, off-beat dishes and beer on the menu, combining the best of Britain and India, and a state-of-the-art entertainment space to house exceptional talents, we plan on establishing ourselves as one of India's greatest microbreweries.
