Thank you for choosing ROXCERA for your energy solutions. We are dedicated to providing high-quality lithium batteries and excellent customer service. This document outlines the terms and conditions of our Warranty, Return, and Refund Policy.:
Return or Replace , please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at roxcera.in@gmail.com or call 7992437327. Provide proof of purchase, battery serial number, and a description of the issue.
- Technical Support: Our team will assist with troubleshooting. If necessary, we will ask you to return the battery for inspection.
- Return Authorization: If a return is needed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ship the battery using a trackable and insured method. ROXCERA will cover return shipping costs for valid claims.
- Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the battery, our technicians will inspect and test it. If covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the battery. If not, we will offer repair services at your expense.
- Replacement: If a replacement is issued, the warranty continues from the original purchase date, not the replacement date.
Return and Refund Policy :
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds - Due to the nature of lithium batteries, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions:
- Manufacturing Defects: If your battery has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return or replacement. The defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Damage During Shipping: If the battery is damaged during shipping, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, installed, or worn batteries.
- Custom-built or special-order batteries.
- Batteries tampered with or altered.
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Notify us of the issue via email at roxcera.in@gmail.com or call 7992437327. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- Authorization: If your return is authorized, we will provide an RMA number and return instructions.
- Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the battery back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned battery, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.
Important Notes
- Safety Precautions: Lithium batteries require proper handling. Follow all safety instructions. Improper handling voids warranty and return eligibility.
- Product Compatibility: Ensure compatibility before purchase. We are not responsible for returns due to compatibility issues unless advised by our team.
Limitation of Liability :
ROXCERA's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Warranty Transferability :
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Governing Law :
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
