ROXCERA Lithium Battery Warranty Coverage

Thank you for choosing ROXCERA lithium batteries. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review the details of our 8-year warranty:

Warranty Overview

• Total Warranty Duration: 8 years (4 + 4 years)
• Applicable Products: This warranty is valid only for ROXCERA lithium batteries with a capacity of 1kWh or higher.

First 4 Years: Complete Warranty

• Coverage: During the first 4 years from the date of purchase, we offer a complete warranty that includes:
  • Free repair or replacement of any faulty components.
  • No charges for parts or labor.

Next 4 Years: Service Warranty

• Coverage: From the 5th to the 8th year, the warranty is limited to service warranty only:
  • Free service for inspection and repairs (labor costs covered by ROXCERA).
  • Parts replacement cost: Any replacement parts required will be billed to the customer at standard rates.

Yearly Degradation

• ROXCERA batteries are designed with a degradation rate of 6% per year. This means:
• After the first year, the battery will operate at up to 94% of its original capacity.
• By the end of the 8th year, the battery will operate at up to 52% of its original capacity.

What is Not Covered?

• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual loss of battery capacity over time.
• Improper Use or Installation: Damage from incorrect installation, use in non-approved applications, or failure to follow guidelines.
• Physical Damage: Damage caused by external impacts, mishandling, or accidents.
• Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or alterations made by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
• Environmental Conditions: Damage from exposure to extreme heat, cold, moisture, or corrosive environments.
• Overcharging or Deep Discharging: Damage from improper charging practices.

Terms and Conditions

• This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized ROXCERA dealers.
• A valid proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or operation outside recommended guidelines.
