Shipping & Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Processing time may vary depending on the supplier, product type, or stock availability.

  2. Shipping Time & Delivery

    • Standard shipping usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and supplier’s warehouse.

    • Expedited shipping (if available) is offered at an additional cost.

    • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

  3. Shipping Locations

    • Orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouses (domestic or international).

    • Some items may ship separately if ordered together.

  4. Tracking Information

    • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

    • Customers can track orders on the courier’s official website.

  5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.


❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order (before processing starts).

    • Once an order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  2. Refunds
    Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

    • Product not received within 45 days of estimated delivery.

    • Product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from description (with proof: photo/video required).

    • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  3. Returns & Exchanges

    • Since products are shipped directly from suppliers, returns may not always be possible.

    • If returns are allowed, the buyer must ship the product back at their own cost unless the product is defective/incorrect.

    • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  4. Non-Refundable Cases

    • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong size/color ordered).

    • Delays caused by customs or local postal services beyond our control.

    • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
