Returns and Refunds

DATE OF EFFECT: 11 FEB 2024

Introduction 
Legakyastore™ Run's On MyDukaan to seamlessly fulfill all orders. Our Store, On Dukaan (legakyastore.co.in) is fully secured with the transactions and the customer's Personal Information.

Refunds
If you cancel any of the orders before We Accept from our end, You will get the refunds initiated from our end for PAID orders and will be settled in your Bank Account within 2-3 days.

Kindly Note: The Refunds Will Only Be Initiated When We capture the transacted account.

But What for COD (Cash On Delivery) Orders

Once We Accept The COD Orders, It cannot be canceled.

Returns
For PAID orders 

We will be generating Returns for PAID orders after cancellation and the product will be picked the next day.

Things to be there while return pickup

There should be a total of 4 things while return pickup. They are: 

The Packet, the product was sent in.
The Label is on the top of the package.
The Product is well packaged with the Tag and invoice.
And the Return Package should be Properly and Perfectly Sealed.
