Introduction

Legakyastore™ run's On MyDukaan to seamlessly fulfill all orders. Our Store, On Dukaan (legakyastore.co.in) is fully secured with the transactions and the customer's Personal Information.

Shipping

ONLINE:

Depending upon the method of payment, i.e., COD or ONLINE, the delivery charges are variable. If the mode of payment is COD, a flat charge of ₹50 is charged as the delivery cost. If the mode of payment is ONLINE, then no delivery charge is charged on any of the orders. This fee is not immune to offers and hence can be changed in case of high demand, offers, or any of the reasons.

Our orders are shipped via our delivery partners, Dukaan ("Dukaan Delivery") and Shiprocket.

OFFLINE:

In-store pickup:

If you have reached out to us via our contact options such as Email, Phone, or WhatsApp, or by Google and finalized your order, you can come to our store between 11 A.M. and 7 P.M. and take your orders without any issues. The payment methods offered are both, via Cash or Online like UPI.

Shipping Time

Far-distance orders from states such as Arunachal Pradesh, Karnataka, or any other states, take around 4-7 or more to be delivered. Short-distance orders from states or cities such as Prayagraj, Delhi or so take around 3-4 days to be delivered. 

Orders within the city of Kanpur can be delivered within the same day.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If you'r order gets delayed for any reason like unavailability of shipping partners, unavailablity of staff or some other reason, you will be notified about the same via E-mail, Phone, or WhatsApp, and a suitable solution will be advised to you.
