Our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy is as below – 

Cancellation Policy
 

A confirmed order cannot be canceled. This is because the information regarding your confirmed order is passed on to the vendors and they start planning for the same and in some cases, they even begin preparation of the same.  

In the case that you need to cancel a confirmed order, please let us know about the same as soon as possible either by getting in touch with us on +91 9987026708 (Call/Whatsapp) or by emailing us at info@localbeeindia.com.

We will try our best to cancel your confirmed order.  

Return Policy

In the case that any food item needs to be returned, the customer has 7 days to do so, from the date they have received it.

To be eligible for a return, the food item must be returned to us in the same condition/form (to the extent possible) in which it was received, including the original packaging. No shipping cost will be levied on the customer for any returns made.

Any food item that is not returned in an above-provided manner cannot be accepted in the 7-day Return Policy.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Once a return has been approved, the customer has 2 options –

(1) To either get a full or partial refund of the amount paid or (2) To get a replacement of the product –

If the customer chooses to get a refund or a partial refund of the order, the amount will be refunded via an online bank transfer within 3 – 4 working days. The customer will have to share their bank details with us for a refund. If the mode of the payment was through online debit/credit card/net banking, the refund will be processed by way of reversal of the transaction.

In case, any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the return/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo codes, as applicable.

(2) To get a replacement of the product –

If the customer chooses to get a replacement of the food item, the same will be arranged for free, at no extra cost. Please ensure that while accepting the new replaced product, the old product is handed over to us at the same time, in the same condition/form (to the extent possible) in which it was received, including the original packaging.
