• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small fee of ₹62 will be applied.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Our estimated delivery timeline is between 2-5 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical issues.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/whatsapp.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

• Check the tracking link for updates.

• If there is no update for 5 days, contact us at info.meoy@gmail.com

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
