• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, wherever available.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Mumbai: 1–3 business days
• Other metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

A Little Note About Chocolate 🍫

Our chocolate contains cocoa butter, which naturally softens when exposed to heat. Despite our careful packaging, warm weather or prolonged transit may cause slight softening or changes in appearance. If your chocolate arrives softened, place it in the refrigerator for approximately 15–20 minutes before enjoying.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing an order. MonkTru cannot guarantee successful delivery if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Since chocolate is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in the cases below. This policy helps us maintain food safety, hygiene, and product quality.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs and an unboxing video of the product
• A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Melted or Softened Chocolate

Chocolate is naturally sensitive to temperature changes. During transit, exposure to heat may cause the chocolate to soften or slightly change its appearance. If your chocolate arrives softened, we recommend refrigerating it for 15–20 minutes before consumption.

However, if the chocolate arrives severely melted, leaking, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption, please contact us with photographs so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds for prepaid orders will generally be initiated to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, if offered, we'll arrange an appropriate refund method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the applicable amount will be refunded.
