We are always with you before and after your purchase, for additional measures and if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns any time before your purchase.
Your Order Cancellation Rights:
Prepaid orders are not eligible for Cancellations.
COD Orders can be cancelled before it reaches the delivery address after successful delivery, please follow the below terms.

Exchanges:
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold.
- In case the customer has ordered the wrong size he/she can send the product for replacement and an exchange fee will be borne by the customer.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 10-15% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- Purchases made from the SALE section and plus sizes and other made to order items are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To make this process more smooth e highly recommend having a video proof while you are unboxing your parcel. Note: Without video proof, we will not consider the damages in transit/ defective/ wrong item or any related options.
Size Issues: If a customer has any size issues he/she can mail us at contact.mypehnava@gmail.com within 24 hours of Delivery. If we have the same article in that size we will initiate the exchange, the customer needs to return the article, in the same manner, they received it to the store address within 48 hours of delivery. They need to share the tracking Id in the mail. The charges are to be borne by the customer. The customer gets the credit note only if the size is not available in the store.
