Order Delivery Timelines
Under normal circumstances, orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days of the customer placing the order. Upon the successful placing of an order, M&Y Pehnava hands over the product to its logistics partner
The user can also check the order on the ‘My orders’ section of our website. (You need to Sign in for the same)
Ordinarily, Most orders are delivered within 6-12 working days across India.
All the products are exclusive of shipping charges and taxes.
TAMPERED DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY ISSUES RESOLUTION
M&Y Pehnava uses third party courier services for logistics of orders’ parcels. These courier companies work independently and M&Y Pehnava does not have any direct control over the working or policies of the courier companies. In unforeseen and unfortunate cases wherein courier services refuse to accept a customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, M&Y Pehnava shall not be held liable for any loss until below mentioned guidelines are followed by customers.
If the parcel is received in tempered condition, the customer shall refuse to accept the parcel from the courier person. If a wrong product is received then the parcel packing should have our company label on it or else the customer needs to reach out to the courier company for the same.
Even if the parcel is intact, the Customer ought to video-record the act of opening the received parcel as proof of any unforeseen and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing products inside parcels. (the video proof is mandatory for the same)
In case the customer denies receiving the parcel, while the courier company shows the parcel to be delivered, the customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of the delivery message. M&Y Pehnava will share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the courier company.
Even after sharing the POD, if the customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, M&Y Pehnava can ONLY assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned courier company. M&Y Pehnava would re-fulfil the order ONLY when the courier company confirms that indeed the parcel is lost and not delivered to the customer.
While we shall make reasonable endeavour’s in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, the delivery may be delayed on account of
- Unsuitable weather conditions;
- Political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
- Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
But we will ensure that your products reach you maximum within 10-15 days in such circumstances.
Note: If the customer doesn't want to take the delivery, M&Y Pehnava will not be liable to refund any amount to the customer, due to the same reason.
