Eligibility: 

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund.

Refund Process: To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If your refund request is approved and the product is unopened and undamaged, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Free Return Shipping: 

We offer free return shipping for unopened and undamaged products returned within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us.

Refund Amount: 

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund amount will be for the cost of the product only, and will not include any shipping costs or other fees. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Products: 

We are unable to offer refunds on products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. We also cannot offer refunds on gift cards, digital products, or any customized products.

Damaged or Defective Products: 

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
