Replacement policy
We do not offer Return option. We only offer Replacements. Replacements will be accepted only on Damaged/incorrect product , up to 3 days following the delivery of your order. To qualify for a replacement , your item must be in an identical state to when you received it—unworn or unused and in its original packaging. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO SIGNIFICANT REQUIREMENTS
- The Items must be unused and unworn.
- The packaging must include the original invoice and packaging materials.
- The product should be free of scratches or deformities.
- The Replacements are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The replacement process will be applicable only once for the original order.
- In cases of damaged, wrong, missing issue with the products received by the customer then unboxing video is mandatory.
- In the case that a product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, you will receive a refund for the remaining money after the cost of the return pick-up is subtracted.
- If a reverse pick-up service is unavailable for a particular address or pin code, the customer must use a local courier service and is responsible for shipping charges for the return. In such cases, the entire amount will be refunded, once the returned product has reached us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For all COD & Pre-paid orders, please note once orders are shipped we won’t be able to cancel.
