The confirmed orders will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details over Email & SMS. Shipping Policy
We at Piece Of Soul value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Kerry Indev & Ecom Express.
- Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 10 - 12 working days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 4-7 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 10-12 working days. Delivery may delay by 2-3 days as per the location. One will receive tracking details over SMS
- Shipping Fee within India: We provide Free Shipping on all domestic orders.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.
