We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days.
Unless the order is placed by any marketplace, we primarily ship orders with help of Shiprocket.
Generally, deliveries can take up to a week of time.
Once the shipment is picked up currior-tracking details will be shared to with the customer
The currior tracking link will show the live shipment updated along with estimated delivery date.
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues.

As per our return policy, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please notify (call or whatsapp) us on '+91 9407472537' within 24 hours of receipt. along with unboxing video as proof of the damage.
In the case of damaged items, we will gladly provide a replacement. However, please note that returns cannot be accepted for any reason.

In case of a exchange of product, it must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the order. Additional actual reverse and forward shipping charges will apply for exchanging it with a different product, and no other return costs will be applicable. The exchange will be processed only if the returned product is received in good condition.
