Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, the order may have already been processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at support@thealphamart.in with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. Our team will confirm the cancellation if it is within the allowed period.

Refund for Canceled Orders: We will process a full refund to your original payment method if your cancellation is approved. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
2. Order Cancellation by The Alpha Mart
In certain situations, The Alpha Mart reserves the right to cancel an order, including but not limited to:

Stock Unavailability: If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you and either offer an alternative or cancel the order with a full refund.

Suspicious Activity: If an order is flagged for suspected fraudulent activity or violates our terms, we may cancel it for security purposes. Affected customers will be notified immediately.

Pricing Errors: In the rare case of a pricing or description error, we may cancel your order and refund the payment in full.
3. After 24-Hour Period
After the initial 24-hour period, we are unable to process cancellations, as orders may already be in processing or have been shipped. In such cases, you can wait for the item to be delivered and initiate a return request in accordance with our Return Policy.
4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled, here’s what you can expect:
- Refund Time: Refunds for cancellations will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Confirmation: Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see the refund in your account after the estimated processing time, please contact your payment provider or reach out to us.
5. Important Notes

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders can only be canceled within the allowed 24-hour period. Failure to accept a COD delivery may result in restriction on future COD purchases.

Non-Cancelable Items: Customized or personalized products are non-cancelable once the order is placed due to their bespoke nature.
