At The Alpha Mart, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality anime T-shirts and a positive shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Return Period: You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your item. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Receipt or Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order confirmation email or purchase receipt, as you’ll need to provide this proof of purchase when requesting a return.
2. Items Exempt from Return
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Final Sale Items: Products marked as "final sale" or discounted items cannot be returned.

Customized Items: Any T-shirts or products that have been personalized or customized are non-returnable.

Damaged or Used Products: Items that show visible signs of wear, washing, or damage, and items not in their original condition, will not be accepted for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@thealphamart.in within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a brief description of why you would like to return the item, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Return Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with the return address and additional instructions. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Return Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and use a reliable shipping method to send it back to the address provided. We recommend keeping a copy of the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, here’s what you can expect:

Refund Processing: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

Deduction of Fees: Shipping costs, including return shipping costs, are non-refundable. If applicable, any promotional discounts applied to the order may also be deducted from the refund amount.

Notification of Refund Status: Once the refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not see the refunded amount within the estimated time, please check with your bank or payment provider, as there may be additional processing times.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival:

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@thealphamart.in with a photo of the defect or incorrect item. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.

Size Exchanges: For other exchanges, such as size changes, please return the item for a refund and place a new order in the desired size.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected processing time, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Account: First, check with your bank or payment provider as there may be a processing delay.
- Contact Your Card Issuer: Some card providers may take additional days to officially post the refund to your account.

International Orders: At this time, we only accept returns for orders shipped within India.
