Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping Your Return: Pack the socks securely and return them to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email. Upon approval, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
