We gladly accept returns for physical products within 03 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging. 

  

**2. Initiation of Returns:** 

To initiate a return, follow these steps: 

- Contact our Customer Support team at help@vahinisa.com within 03 days from the delivery date. 

- Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 

  

**3. Return Shipping:** 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us. 

  

**4. Inspection and Processing:** 

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will initiate the refund process. 

  

**5. Refund Process:** 

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. 

- You must provide Bank Account details if required. 

- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the item is received and inspected. 

  

**6. Non-Refundable Items:** 

Certain items are non-refundable, including: 

- Items returned after the 03-day window. 

- Items not in their original condition or with missing parts. 

- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration. 

  

**7. Exchange Policy:** 

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same return process mentioned above. Our team will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement product. Any price differences between the returned and replacement products will be adjusted accordingly.
