  2. Unboxing Video Mandatory for Return/Refund:

    • As a mandatory requirement for any return, replacement, or refund claim, customers must record an unboxing video from the moment they receive the sealed package until it is fully opened and inspected.
    • This video must clearly show the product’s condition and any defects or issues.
    • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  3. Product Condition: Returned items must be in unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible.

  4. Eligible Products: Certain products, such as custom-made or final-sale items, are not eligible for returns or replacements unless they have a defect upon receipt.
