We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for products that are damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Items that are used, altered, or opened from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety standards.
3. Refunds
