2. Product Authenticity All organic products (like Kasturi Haldi and Chandan) sold under Vento are backed by verified lab reports. We guarantee purity and authenticity in every pack.
3. Seller Community & Starter Kits Vento is a community-driven platform. New sellers can join our network by starting with a minimum of 10 Vento Signature Kits. This ensures that every customer receives their product in our official premium packaging and signature Jute Bags.
4. Packaging Standards To maintain brand luxury, all products must be delivered in Vento’s official packaging. Sellers are prohibited from using Vento kits for non-verified or third-party products.
5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are packed with care in our luxury Jute Bags. Delivery times depend on the location. Vento is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
6. Returns & Refunds

Organic Products: Due to hygiene and purity reasons, we do not accept returns on organic raw materials unless the product is damaged during transit.

Jewelry: Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, provided it is reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
