✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

You provide a proper unboxing video (uncut, unedited, full 360° view) clearly showing the issue.
⚠️ No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the required video proof.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Customised or made-to-order items

Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, style, or size issues)
💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:

The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

You cancel the order before shipping

You received an incorrect or damaged product and the return is approved
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
