At Wild Trek India, we are committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, our straightforward return and refund process will help resolve your issue quickly and efficiently.

 

1. Returns

 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

 

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

 

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

 

Products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return.

 

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

 

 

2. Refunds

 

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase and will typically take 5-7 business days to be processed.

 

For COD orders, the refund will be issued through bank transfer or other agreed methods.
