We want you to love every product you buy from **zentroX**. But in case something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’ve got your back.

## 🔁 Return Policy:
You can request a return within **7 days** of delivery if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused and in original packaging

To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp or email with:
- Your Order ID
- A photo/video of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we’ll guide you through the return process.

## 💸 Refund Policy:
After the return is approved and received by us:
- Refunds will be processed within **5–7 working days**
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method

⚠️ Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product is used or damaged by you
- You change your mind after opening the product
