EXCHANGE/RETURNS

Zohra Fashion provides an option to its customers offer a 2-day return policy for unused and unworn items that still have the tags attached.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you how to easily raise a return/exchange request.

To cancel an order, please send us an email at hello.zohrafashion@gmail.com with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.

 

Damage

Though we craft highly durable products and make them reach you in a very safe packaging but still due to uncertainties there are can be chances of some damage once in a blue moon during shipment of your order.

In such case of damage, kindly report the problem within 48 hours after receiving your order. After processing your issue, our officials will revert you with how you can send back the damaged product.

If we do have another piece in same design and colour available, we’ll ship it for you. If not, you will be given an option to either choose something else within the same price range, or we can send a shopping coupon of that price for your future shopping.

 

Returns

      • You have 2 days/48 hours to return any item from the date you have received it.
      • Product should not be used and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
      • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
      • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be either damaged or any size issue and should be in the same condition as received.
      • In case you receive a damaged/defective, zohrafashion.in should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share the parcel/product opening video at hello.zohrafashion@gmail.com

Process of Return

Step1: Once you are sure you want to return the product immediately send us an email at hello.zohrafashion@gmail.com with your order number and product details with reason for returning the product(s) .Also attach photograph if product(s) is damaged. Please note all request to be raised within 2 days/48 hours of product delivering.

Step2: Our customer care team will revert on your Return request email within 24 hours. You will be requested to self-ship the product to our Business address.

Step3: Please make sure that you have packed the return product very safely to prevent any further loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not be qualified for refund and will be sent back to customer at their expense.

Please ensure to mention your Order ID/No. on the Returned packet.

Step4: Notify us via email about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. This way we will be able to track your shipment and process it faster.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

We will then notify you by email about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 24-48 hours after deducting shipping charges.

We will refund the amount of that item either UPI/Google Pay/ Phone Pay transfer in your account or we can do online refund via NEFT within 2 business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
