Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it then you can call our customer care or mail us at hello.zohrafashion@gmail.com mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- If there is any incomplete address given by the buyer the shipment might be refunded by the courier company and all the return shipping charges and tax charges or re-shipping will be paid by buyer itself.
- Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Cancellation Policy
Zohra Fashion reserves right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
