Frequently Asked Questions

1. How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order by selecting your product, adding it to the cart, and completing the checkout process with your address and payment details.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe
  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

3. How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking ID once your order is shipped.

4. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you can request a return or exchange after delivery (as per our Return Policy).

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please take a photo or video of the product and contact us immediately at [your email/phone number]. We’ll replace or refund it as per our policy.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If your product meets our return conditions, you’ll receive a full or partial refund within 5–7 business days after approval.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use it to check your delivery status anytime.

8. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping will be added soon.
