Food products hone ki wajah se hum general returns accept nahi karte. Return ya replacement sirf in situations me diya jayega:

• Product damaged condition me deliver hua ho
• Packet open, torn ya leaked ho
• Galat product deliver hua ho
• Expired product receive hua ho

2. Return Request Time

• Delivery ke 48 hours ke andar return request karna zaroori hai.
• Customer ko product ki clear photos aur unboxing video share karni hogi verification ke liye.

3. Refund / Replacement Process

• Verification ke baad hum replacement bhej sakte hain ya full refund process kar sakte hain.
• Refund 5–7 working days me original payment method me transfer kar diya jayega.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened ya used food packets
• Taste ya personal preference ke basis par return
