Shipping & Delivery Policy – Bazaryan

At Bazaryan, we are committed to delivering products reliably, securely, and at a fair cost across all regions of Bangladesh. This policy outlines how we process and ship your orders, what charges apply, and what you should expect from our delivery timeline.

We believe in transparency — no hidden costs, no exaggerated promises.


1. Nationwide Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all areas of Bangladesh, including:

  • Dhaka and surrounding metro areas

  • Major cities and towns (Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Rangpur, Barisal, Mymensingh, etc.)

  • Rural and remote regions (subject to courier availability)

We rely on trusted local couriers or our own delivery personnel depending on location and availability.


2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and confirmed (via bKash or Cash on Delivery), it enters our processing queue.

  • Standard processing time: 1 to 2 working days

  • In rare cases involving technical issues, processing may take up to 2–3 working days

If there is any delay, we will notify you as early as possible by email.


3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery time varies depending on your delivery location. After your order is processed and dispatched:

  • Inside major cities: 1 to 3 working days

  • District towns or suburban areas: 2 to 5 working days

  • Remote or difficult-to-access areas: 3 to 7 working days

These are estimated delivery windows. Delays due to traffic, holidays, courier load, or weather may occasionally occur.


4. Delivery Charges

We use a tiered delivery fee system based on the total value of your order:

৳0 – ৳249 ৳25
৳250 – ৳499 ৳55
৳500 and above ৳50

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before you confirm your order.

There are no hidden fees or surcharges.


5. Delivery Method & Communication

After your order is packed and ready for dispatch:

  • You will receive a confirmation email or message with your Order ID

  • Our delivery partner or team may contact you before attempting delivery

  • Cash on Delivery customers are expected to have the exact amount ready at delivery

If the delivery address is incomplete or unreachable, our team will attempt to contact you for clarification. Delays caused by incorrect customer information are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Failed Deliveries & Re-Attempts

If the delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address:

  • A second delivery attempt may be made depending on your location

  • If the delivery fails more than once, the order may be cancelled without refund (for prepaid orders)

  • Repeated failed or false orders may result in account restrictions


7. Order Tracking

Currently, we do not have automated tracking. However, you can email us with your Order ID to check your order status manually.

8. Special Notes

  • Delivery timeframes are counted in working days (excluding public holidays and Fridays)

  • We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates unless previously arranged

  • For high-demand periods (e.g., Eid, Flash Sales), deliveries may be slightly delayed
