For bKash payments, your order will not be processed until the full payment is received and verified.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), your order is confirmed once we validate your delivery details. However, we reserve the right to call and verify COD orders before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious, incomplete, or involves incorrect delivery information.

2. Pricing and Charges

All prices on our site are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Delivery charges are applied based on your order total and are shown clearly before checkout.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, but once an order is placed, the listed price at that moment will be honored.

3. Delivery Conditions

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes mentioned in our Shipping Policy. However, delays may occur due to courier availability, technical issues, weather, or public holidays.
Customers must ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete. Bazaryan is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or unreachable addresses.
If a customer fails to receive a COD order without informing us in advance, future orders may be denied or require prepayment.

4. Returns and Refunds

Used, damaged, or opened items are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds, if approved, will only be processed via bKash and may take 5–7 business days.
We do not refund delivery charges unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block accounts if we detect:

Repeated false orders
Abuse of the return policy
Fraudulent activity or misuse of promotions
