1. No Refund on Personalized Products

Products customized with photos, names, text, or any personal details cannot be returned or refunded once the order is processed.
This includes items such as:

• Photo Night Lamps

• Customized Pillows

• Photo Frames

• Engraved Products

• Any design-based personalized items

Since these products are made specifically for each customer, cancellation or refund is not possible after processing.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect (wrong design, color, or model)

You are eligible for a replacement or refund.

To file a claim, you must provide:

• Unboxing video (clearly showing package opening)

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

• Order ID and customer details

Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

3. Replacement Policy

We will replace your product free of cost if:

• The product is damaged during transit

• You received the wrong item

• There is a manufacturing defect

Replacements are processed within 3–7 working days after verification.

a) Personalized Products

Orders for customized items cannot be cancelled once the design or production process has started.

b) Non-Personalized Products

Cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of placing the order, only if the item has not been shipped.

• Amount will be credited to your original payment method
