Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware issues, applicable only to the original purchaser. Warranty periods vary by product (6 months or 1 year) and are specified on each product page.
What's Included:
- Free technical support throughout the warranty period.
- Free replacements or repairs for products with initial defects or manufacturing flaws.
Exclusions:
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumables, unless defective upon arrival.
Claim Process:

- Provide proof of purchase (product invoice provided as a PDF) when filing a claim.
- Products may need to be returned for inspection.
