Warranty Terms & Conditions

Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware issues, applicable only to the original purchaser. Warranty periods vary by product (6 months or 1 year) and are specified on each product page.

What's Included:

  • Free technical support throughout the warranty period.
  • Free replacements or repairs for products with initial defects or manufacturing flaws.

Exclusions:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumables, unless defective upon arrival.

Claim Process:

  • To file a warranty claim, contact us at luckymartshoplk@gmail.com or call 0713850285 with your purchase details and issue description.
  • Provide proof of purchase (product invoice provided as a PDF) when filing a claim.
  • Products may need to be returned for inspection.

Additional Information:

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, depending on the issue.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories.
