At Mumbai FloristHub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we deal with fresh flowers and perishable items, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and practical.
1. Order Cancellation
✅ One-Time Orders

Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

If cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued.
❌ Late Cancellations

Cancellations made after the cut-off time or on the day of delivery are not eligible for a refund, as flowers are sourced fresh specifically for your order.
2. Subscription Orders
🔁 Subscription Pause / Skip

Customers may pause or skip a delivery by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.

Skipped deliveries can be rescheduled, not refunded.
❌ Subscription Refunds

Partial refunds are not provided for unused days in active subscriptions.

In special cases (long-term service issues), adjustments may be made at our discretion.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged or unusable flowers at the time of delivery

Order not delivered due to our fault
📸 Customers must share clear photos within 2 hours of delivery for verification.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Flowers already delivered in good condition

Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of recipient

Changes in personal preference (colour, fragrance, size)

Festival-rush delays beyond reasonable control
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

No cash refunds are provided.
6. Event, Festival & Bulk Orders

Event, wedding, and festival orders require advance planning and sourcing.

Such orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
