- Shirtha Silver operates as an online store selling silver jewelry priced under ₹10,000.
- Our platform is hosted on MyDukaan, and all payments are processed through Razorpay.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Products and Pricing
- We ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, minor variations may occur due to screen resolutions or lighting.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
- Orders can be placed via our website. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase using Razorpay's secure gateway.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other options provided by Razorpay.
- Shirtha Silver is not responsible for payment failures due to technical issues on Razorpay’s platform or incorrect information entered by the customer.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We strive to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural calamities or logistics issues, are beyond our control.
- Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at checkout.
5. Replacement and Exchange Policy
5.1 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the product is delivered in a damaged condition or if we shipped the wrong item, we will arrange the replacement of the product.
We request you to take a full unboxing video as a proof for claiming replacement for damaged products.
5.2 No Refund Policy
Shirtha Silver does not offer refunds for any products. Exchange/Replacement is the only resolution offered for damaged products.
Replacement is offered only when the product is damaged in the transit and sufficient proof is provided (Example - full unboxing video)

6. Customer Obligations

- We are not responsible for third-party failures, including Razorpay or courier services.

- All content on Shirtha Silver's website, including images, descriptions and logos are the property of Shirtha Silver and is protected under intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content is prohibited.
9. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and shipping purposes.
- Payment details are securely handled through Razorpay, and we do not store sensitive financial information.
