Refund
We provide the refund on the amount incase of return of the purchased physical product as per the Return Policy.
Requirements of the refund:
- You purchased physical goods from this store online.
- You meet at least one of the following conditions:
- You haven't received your package and seven days have passed since the maximum estimated delivery date or the tracking shows a delivery confirmation, whichever is sooner.
- The item you received is damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description given and you returned it in line with our Refund Policy but you haven't received the relevant refund, or the refund amount was wrong. In these cases, you must do the following:
- Contact the seller within the applicable return window mentioned in the Return Policy
- Postmark the return within 14 days after you've arranged the return with the seller.
Note:
- If your order is online, wherein you've received damaged, defective, or wrong items, you need to inform the seller of such an issue within seven days of receipt of items, to initiate the Return Process.
- We may require you to first contact the seller and either wait for a response or for 48 hours before you're eligible to request a refund.
- You're limited to a lifetime maximum of 75 refund requests. Withdrawn requests don't count towards this maximum.
