Grafee Muscle Hook

Graefe muscle hook used to hook extraocular muscles during retrieval of donated globe. After dissecting extraocular muscles this hook is passed to hold the muscle belly while cotton thread passed to tie the rectus muscles, after that muscle is cut to free the globe for enucleating.
