Scientific Indian Barraquer Needle Holder is a straight and non locking needle holder. it has a  Straight and serrated handle which provides an excellent slip-proof grip while suturing in a narrow space on or around the cornea. Its 6 mm blades are specially designed to hold small curved needles of 6-0 nylon or vinyl suture. The soft spring mechanism makes the process of holding and releasing the suture needle easy. The ambidextrous design ensures that it can be used with either hand and can be easily switched between the hands during the surgery.
