DESCRIPTION:-

This speculum has blades with a guard to protect the lids and the  blades open with a spring action. There is a screw controlled  locking mechanism to hold the blades in place and provide ample  space for performing the surgery. This is especially helpful while  operating on difficult to access muscles such as the superior oblique.  The speculum comes in adult and pediatric sizes where the adult  version has 15 mm blades with a spread of 41 mm. The pediatric  model is smaller and possesses narrower blades with a spread of 30 mm.
