We know you're excited to receive your Pot Looks order, and we are equally excited to send it to you! We take great care in sourcing, checking, and packing each item to ensure it reaches you safely. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

As each pot is specially procured from our local artisans in Tirunelveli and packed with extreme care, please allow us 2 to 4 business days to dispatch your order.
"Business days" are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

2. Our Shipping Partners

We ship our products across India through reliable and leading courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, ST , and others, depending on your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

The following are estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

Within Tamil Nadu: 3 - 5 business days.
Other South Indian States (Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana): 5 - 7 business days.
Rest of India (Metros and other major cities): 7 - 12 business days.

Please note: Delivery times can sometimes be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Shipping Costs

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders across India!
The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay. There are no hidden charges.

5. Our Secure Packaging

To ensure your fragile clay pots reach you without any damage, we use our special "Box-in-Box" method with natural hay cushioning. We take pride in our packaging and the safety of your order.

1. ஆர்டர் தயாரிப்பு மற்றும் அனுப்பும் நேரம் (Processing & Dispatch Time)

நீங்கள் ஆர்டர் செய்த பிறகு, ஒவ்வொரு பானையையும் நாங்கள் திருநெல்வேலி கைவினைஞர்களிடமிருந்து பிரத்யேகமாகப் பெற்று, அதைத் தரப் பரிசோதனை செய்து, பாதுகாப்பாக பேக் செய்ய வேண்டியிருப்பதால், உங்கள் ஆர்டரை 2 முதல் 4 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள் நாங்கள் கூரியரில் ஒப்படைத்து விடுவோம்.
"வேலை நாட்கள்" என்பது, பொது விடுமுறை நாட்களைத் தவிர்த்து, திங்கள் முதல் சனி வரை ஆகும்.
உங்கள் ஆர்டர் அனுப்பப்பட்டவுடன், அதை நீங்கள் கண்காணிக்க (track) தேவையான விவரங்கள் உங்கள் ஈமெயில்/SMS-க்கு அனுப்பப்படும்.

2. எங்கள் டெலிவரி பார்ட்னர்கள்

உங்கள் பார்சல்கள், Delhivery, Xpressbees, ST போன்ற இந்தியாவின் முன்னணி கூரியர் சேவைகள் மூலம், உங்கள் இருப்பிடத்திற்கு ஏற்றவாறு அனுப்பப்படும்.

3. தோராயமான டெலிவரி நாட்கள் (Estimated Delivery Time)

உங்கள் ஆர்டர் கூரியரில் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்ட பிறகு, உங்களை வந்தடைய ஆகும் தோராயமான நாட்கள்:

தமிழ்நாட்டிற்குள்: 3 - 5 வேலை நாட்கள்.
மற்ற தென்னிந்திய மாநிலங்கள் (கேரளா, கர்நாடகா, ஆந்திரா, தெலுங்கானா): 5 - 7 வேலை நாட்கள்.
இந்தியா முழுவதும் மற்ற இடங்கள்: 7 - 12 வேலை நாட்கள்.

(குறிப்பு: விடுமுறை நாட்கள், தட்பவெப்பநிலை போன்ற காரணங்களால், சில சமயங்களில் டெலிவரி நாட்களில் மாற்றம் ஏற்படலாம்.)

4. டெலிவரி கட்டணம்

இந்தியா முழுவதும் உள்ள அனைத்து ஆர்டர்களுக்கும் டெலிவரி முற்றிலும் இலவசம்!
நீங்கள் பார்க்கும் பொருளின் விலையே இறுதி விலை. மறைமுகக் கட்டணங்கள் ஏதும் இல்லை.

5. எங்கள் பாதுகாப்பான பேக்கேஜிங்

உங்கள் மண்பானைகள் உடையாமல் உங்களை வந்தடைய, நாங்கள் எங்களின் பிரத்யேக "பாக்ஸ் இன் பாக்ஸ்" மற்றும் வைக்கோல் குஷனிங் முறையைப் பயன்படுத்துகிறோம்.
