At RJRS, we take pride in offering high-quality imitation jewelry to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our straightforward return process.

Returns

• Eligibility: You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to return your imitation jewelry.
• Condition: The jewelry must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact and included.
• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us at info@rjrs.in & +916280263306 (Only Whatsapp No Call & Text) within 7 working days of receiving your jewelry. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the jewelry. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned jewelry, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective piece of jewelry, please contact us immediately at info@rjrs.in  with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, color, or size, please follow the return procedure outlined above.
