Jowar Chocolate Cake
Perfectly decadent, gluten-free, eggless and chocolate-y - what more could you ask for in a dessert? This super easy recipe is bound to become a favourite!
Ingredients you’ll need (single serve)
- ½ cup Farm to Fellas Jowar Flour
- 2.5 tbsp Farm to Fellas Raw Honey
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4th cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4th tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp oil
Procedure
- Mix jowar flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda until uniformly mixed
- Fold in the wet ingredients - milk, vinegar, oil and honey and mix till everything is well incorporated
- Pour into a greased mold, bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven
- Enjoy warm with a scoop of ice-cream!
